This recipe requires 2 eggs, 1/3 cup protein powder, and 1/4 cup yogurt. (Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda for added fluff.)
Bethany uses her own baking-specific protein powder, but you may use any kind.
Mix these three ingredients and cook pancakes.
They should be thick and fluffy, rich of protein, and excellent for an energetic morning.
