Losing 30 Pounds with This High-Protein Recipe

I got my freshman 15 during Christmas-cookie testing. But one unexpected recipe became my favorite.

I never thought a tofu recipe would be a staple. 

The original magazine page with short-grain brown rice balls, strawberries, and orange wedges is still smeared with soy sauce.

oy-Lime Roasted Tofu was the highlight despite and because of its simplicity.

Cut extra-firm tofu and marinate it in soy sauce, lime juice, and toasted sesame oil for a few hours to make one of my easiest recipes. 

I've added gochujang for sweet heat, but the original recipe is perfect without it.
